Aklima has nearly 25 years of experience in project development; conceptual and detailed design; and procurement, installation, startup, and construction support for new and retrofit industrial projects. She has served in various project roles, including project manager, engineering manager, lead engineer, project chemical engineer, and senior technical consultant. Aklima’s technical areas of specialization are water and wastewater treatment, solid-waste material handling, and air pollution control.
