Allison has seven years of experience assisting Barr’s clients with air-related regulatory, environmental-review, and sustainability programs. Her project work involves performing AERMOD dispersion modeling for NAAQS, SILs, and AERAs; analyzing meteorological data; providing regulatory assistance related to air-quality permit applications; performing greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting; and developing systems and applications for emission compliance monitoring.Allison has helped clients develop GHG programs and management plans based on the Global GHG Protocol and Scope 1, 2, and 3 accounting for sustainability disclosure support and decarbonization strategies. She also assisted in development of the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board's climate-change and environmental-review pilot program by refining the qualitative carbon-footprint assessment.
