Andy Lane has over a decade of experience in environmental review, permitting, project compliance planning, and construction oversight. He works primarily with energy clients throughout the upper Midwest and has extensive experience with federal, state, and local regulation review, agency consultation, and permit applications. Andy’s work at Barr includes providing third-party environmental compliance assessments for crude-oil and natural gas pipeline projects, managing environmental permitting and field compliance for a pipeline integrity-digs management program, and conducting Phase I environmental site assessments.
