Chris has more than two decades of experience in project and construction management and environmental engineering. With more than a decade spent working directly with pipeline clients, he has helped manage everything from mainline outages and station tie-ins to piping and pump installation. Chris has managed projects both internally as a client representative and externally for Barr. He also provides on-site assistance for clients in the fuels and power-generation industries. His work at Barr has included terminal and station upgrade projects for pipeline companies, pipeline routing and design, on-site construction management support for refineries and power plants, spill response management, and groundwater treatment system. He also has experience assisting with spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans and stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPP).
