Chris has over three decades of experience providing comprehensive project management, engineering, inspection, and computer-aided design and drafting services to power, mining, and government clients. With a primary focus on services for the wind energy industry, he has contributed to many of the hundreds of wind projects that Barr has worked on since 1998. This includes nearly 250 foundation designs for wind farms across the U.S. and Canada, which represent more than 21,000 megawatts of generating capacity. Chris’s work also includes using instrumentation to study the behavior of large wind-turbine foundations.
