David has over 25 years of civil engineering and water resources experience working with industrial and government clients, primarily on projects involving rivers, reservoirs, and dams. His areas of expertise include hydraulic modeling, water quality investigations, contaminant transport, erosion mitigation, and heat budgets. David has extensive experience with reviews, inspections, assessments, security plans, and supporting documentation for Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulatory compliance. He has coordinated field studies, performed project analysis and design, and provided litigation support. David has also taught classes in fluid mechanics, water resources engineering, and environmental mass transport at Wayne State University and the University of Minnesota.
