Devin's six years of experience encompass chemical engineering and environmental compliance related to air quality. He helps industrial clients—particularly those in the oil and gas sector—meet the requirements of air and water regulatory programs, frequently working on site at industrial facilities. Examples of his work include updating operating permits for ethanol-production facilities; determining regulatory applicability; drafting NPDES and air-quality permit applications; conducting economic feasibility studies for pollution-control equipment and processes; and developing plans for compliance monitoring, waste management, spill prevention, and risk management.
Devin also prepares annual air-emission inventories and Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reports; performs site evaluations and investigations; performs technical analyses; and participates in regulatory negotiations.
