Greg Fransen

Greg has three decades of experience, with 10 years focused on water resources projects and hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. He has developed XP-SWMM models for Minnesota cities and watersheds and modeled stormwater infrastructure improvements for the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Greg also conducts total-maximum-daily-load and probable-maximum-flood studies; evaluates suspended sediment removal; models runoff, storm sewers, and stormwater ponds; and reviews stormwater plans for municipal development projects.
