Jason has more than two decades of experience in water-resources and civil engineering. He specializes in civil engineering design and construction, hydrologic modeling, feasibility studies, large-project planning, and project management. Jason’s projects frequently involve flood control, stormwater management, pipelines, earthen embankments, and civil design for government agencies and the petroleum, power-generation, and coal-mining industries.
