Jay has seven years of experience in water resources engineering, from open-channel hydraulics and groundwater flow to water and wastewater treatment. He works on projects involving hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to assess critical post-storm water levels, water-quality modeling and assessment, water balance modeling, and flow rate calculations for natural and manmade water bodies and conduits. Jay has worked on projects for regulatory agencies and more than a dozen municipalities and watershed districts.
