Jeff has more than 35 years of experience working with clients on the permitting and design of wastewater treatment systems, water supply wells, and solid waste management facilities. He has managed studies, permitting, and design of wastewater treatment facilities and has led engineering for the permitting and design of municipal solid-waste, demolition-debris, and incinerator-ash landfills; transfer stations; and composting and recycling facilities. Jeff also has experience applying information-technology tools and landfill and hydrology models to engineering projects as well as responding to PFOS- and PFAS-related water quality concerns.
