Jennifer Fleming

Jennifer Fleming assists clients with water-related permitting and regulatory compliance. Her areas of expertise include National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting and compliance, development of industrial and construction stormwater pollution-prevention plans (SWPPPs), environmental regulatory reviews, environmental permitting and compliance, regulatory-agency negotiations, surface-water and stormwater modeling, and design of stormwater best management practices (BMPs). Jennifer works with owners and operators of proposed, active, and inactive mines; petroleum refineries and terminals; paper mills and wood-products manufacturing facilities; ethanol production facilities; power transmission lines and substations; hydroelectric dams; and other industrial facilities.
