For more than 10 years, Joanne has served as a consultant to the oil and gas industry in the area of environmental regulatory and compliance, with a focus on air quality. She assists clients with preparing permit application submittals and tracking compliance for a variety of oil and gas facilities in the western U.S. Her project experience also includes on-site environmental auditing support and SPCC renewal review for compressor stations.
