John has more than four decades of engineering and design experience, which includes leading teams for mineral-processing and tailings-storage facility projects. In addition, he provides structural engineering services for dams that range from initial inspection and design through plans, specifications, and construction quality control. John has performed Federal Energy Regulatory Commission safety inspections, participated as the independent consultant for potential failure mode analyses, and completed options studies for hydro facilities. He has also provided structural engineering services for large tower foundations as well as geotechnical, hydraulic, and hydrologic engineering services for hydropower facilities, bridges, and special structures.
