John has three decades of experience working on projects involving air-quality permitting, including Title V, New Source Review, Prevention of Significant Deterioration, and other permits, registrations, and modifications. He also assists clients with air-toxics evaluations; emissions modeling, estimation, evaluation, and reporting; and analysis of BACT and air-pollution-control equipment. John works with companies engaged in mining, minerals processing, refining, and research and development. He has particular experience helping manufacturers of specialty chemicals, abrasive products, glass, and aerospace products obtain and renew air quality permits.
