Kallie has seven years of combined experience in engineering consulting and the public sector, as well as a background in drinking water, water resources, and environmental chemistry. At Barr, Kallie contributes to projects involving civil and water resources engineering. Her drinking water projects have involved project management, distribution system design, hydraulic modeling, risk assessments, emergency response planning, water quality issues, and water system planning and management in the public sector. She has used hydraulic water-system modeling software to determine and design capital improvement projects for municipal water systems.
