Karen has two decades of experience in wetland delineation, monitoring, permitting, replacement planning, and functional assessment for watershed districts and municipal, county, commercial, and industry clients. She also serves as a technical representative for administration of local government wetland rules. Karen’s knowledge of federal, state, and local wetland regulations helps verify that clients’ policies are in compliance with current laws. Her expertise in identifying, classifying, assessing, and planning for protection and use of wetland areas enables clients to meet their goals of wetland preservation, restoration, and management.
