Keith has nearly 25 years of experience with aquatic toxicology and toxicity-identification evaluations, water-quality modeling, water-quality standards development, nutrient management, stormwater treatment, and NPDES permitting. He designs surface-water-quality monitoring programs for large mining developments, develops water and chemical balances for industrial facilities, creates one- and three-dimensional water-quality lake models, and conducts thermal-balance studies for power plants. A nationally recognized surface-water-quality expert, Keith’s research and design areas include innovative stormwater treatment, lake-bottom sediment chemistry, phosphorus-removal treatment, and phosphorus-release modeling for water management organizations, cities, and mining and industrial clients.
