Kelly has nearly 10 years of experience in cartography and GIS. She is skilled in cartographic design and is familiar with ArcGIS software, including the Spatial and 3D Analyst extensions. Kelly provides GIS support for flood control systems and green infrastructure projects as well as mapping and analysis of environmental cleanup sites and invasive plant species.
