Mark has more than 25 years of environmental consulting experience. He manages projects and provides hydrogeological services for clients in northeastern Minnesota, including environmental and groundwater-related projects for the ferrous and nonferrous mining industries. Mark’s projects involve environmental review, permitting and repermitting, remedial investigation and feasibility studies, environmental site assessments and cleanup, waste management, water treatment and supply, and litigation support. In 1966, Mark established Barr’s Duluth office, where he continues to provide leadership for staff members working on site assessment and remediation projects.
