Paul has over 22 years of civil engineering, design, and land surveying experience encompassing preliminary planning and estimating, design engineering, surveying, mapping, and drafting. His design expertise includes site design and utilities, construction stormwater pollution prevention plans, stormwater modeling and retention pond design, and municipal water system design.
His work also involves Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) state aid design procedures, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting procedures, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) floodplain map amendment process. In addition, Paul provides surveying services including plat drawings and reviews, topographical mapping, materials testing, and CAD drawings, as well as topography, easement, property, and construction surveys.
Paul is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin, and a licensed Land Surveyor in Minnesota.
