Valerie supports clients in the manufacturing, fuels, and power sectors across the Midwest, upper Midwest, and Intermountain West regions. She provides air and water permitting and regulatory compliance assistance. Valerie’s work includes evaluating NPDES discharge limitations based on federal and state rules, assisting facilities with ongoing NPDES and air permit compliance, and preparing TRI Reports, Tier II Reports, and Annual Emissions Inventories.
