Golden Valley flood mitigation efforts working amid recent rainfall

For more than a decade, Barr has been working with the City of Golden Valley, Minnesota, in partnership with the Bassett Creek Watershed Management Commission, to implement a series of flood mitigation projects that not only reduce chronic flooding in the watershed but also improve water quality and restore native habitat in some of the parks and open spaces within the city. In light of the recent rains plaguing the upper Midwest, Barr is happy to hear the flood mitigation projects are working as expected.
