Cordelle has 15 years of experience in structural design and construction for wind power, hydropower, mining, heavy industrial, local government, and amusement park clients. His work has included design, analysis, inspection, and reporting for dam and water-control structures; industrial facility design; design for wind-turbine foundation projects; construction management and scheduling; and design of amusement park rides and associated structures.

His areas of technical expertise include concrete specifications, construction quality control, aggregate, mass concrete, water-control structures, adhesive anchors, concrete repair, dams, mining spillways, decant structures, and dynamically-loaded structures. He has extensive experience on projects involving foundation design, retaining-wall design, structural condition assessment and inspection, wind turbine foundation design, structural modeling of wind and seismic loading, and steel design.
