Kim has three decades of experience in environmental management and health and safety. Her work encompasses environmental reporting, waste management, development of chemical management systems and wetland delineation systems, and auditing. She has assisted refineries, ethanol manufacturers, power plants, mining facilities, explosives manufacturers, and research and development facilities. Kim’s work also includes preparing Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) reports, Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) chemical data reports, pollution-prevention reports and plans, air-emission and greenhouse gas inventories, and risk management plans. In addition, she prepares stormwater pollution-prevention plans (SWPPPs) as well as spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) plans.
