Max has nearly 15 years of experience in the analysis, design, and protection of traditional and distributed renewable generation, as well as the design and modification of outdoor substations that range from 4.16 kV to 115 kV. He specializes in generator interconnection; relay-protection scheme design; NERC (North American Electric Reliability Corporation) PRC (Protection and Control) calculations; grounding; short-circuit, coordination, and load-flow studies; harmonics; and arc-flash-hazard analyses—all in both industrial and commercial settings.
